Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh and varietally true aromas of passionfruit and cut grass. On the palate, vibrant citrus fights to burst through before a succulent and crisp finish. Intensely fruity and very drinkable, this wine is a terrific aperitif and also pairs deliciously with seafood.

The nose is complex, warm and rich with aromas of poached pears and apple strudel, which lead to a palate complemented by honeyed pears and rich spicy notes. The palate is full bodied and rich with long, lingering flavours leaving the palate with a lasting textural complexity.

The ultimate expression of Stoneleigh's minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy, Stoneleigh Wild Valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occurs naturally in the Rapaura environment. This pale lemon-gold wine opens with aromas of stone fruit and summer meadow; clover, wild flowers and bush honey. The palate is dry and mouth-filling, with nectarine, apricot and citrus hints. The rich texture carries through to a soft, rounded finish with hints of pear.

The wine has delightful aromas of white peach, nectarines and subtle citrus zest join hints of cashew and cream. Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with cashews and an underlying toastiness from the barrel fermentation to deliver a mouth-filling, enjoyable wine. It has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish. A small portion of this wine was barrel fermented and then lees stirred for 4 months. After 6 - 8 months maturation in French oak, the wine was blended and bottled.

This wine is medium-bodied with fresh and delicate flavours of strawberry and raspberry fruit balanced with hints of mineral talc.

Full, rich, and smoothly textured, it offers aromas of lightly roasted cashews, pears, white peaches and a touch of quince. On the palate, a lovely even flow leads to a lingering finish with ripe pear, quince, nectarine and savoury flavours coming through in harmony.

Harmonious, lifted aromas full of tropical fruits, melon and nectarine, balanced by floral and herbal notes.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.
