Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh and varietally true aromas of passionfruit and cut grass. On the palate, vibrant citrus fights to burst through before a succulent and crisp finish. The nose is complex, warm and rich with aromas of poached pears and apple strudel, which lead to a palate complemented by honeyed pears and rich spicy notes. The palate is full bodied and rich with long, lingering flavours leaving the palate with a lasting textural complexity.

The ultimate expression of Stoneleigh's minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy, Stoneleigh Wild Valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occurs naturally in the Rapaura environment. This pale lemon-gold wine opens with aromas of stone fruit and summer meadow; clover, wild flowers and bush honey. The palate is dry and mouth-filling, with nectarine, apricot and citrus hints. The rich texture carries through to a soft, rounded finish with hints of pear.
