Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

An indulgent, smooth Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. The Aroma: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits, and sticky toffee pudding. The Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, and Java coffee. The Finish: Rich plums, sultanas, Sanguinello blood oranges, and macerated cherries.

In Scots, a "Deacon" is an adept and proficient master tradesman. The Deacon stands as an homage to craftsmanship in all its forms. Created by expert distillers, it brings together single malts from Islay and Speyside, uniting peaty coastal smoke with a softer, bonfire-like mainland character. On the nose, notes of charred orange, sweet malty biscuits, and woodsmoke emerge, followed by juicy orange, delicate spice, and tangy peat on the palate, finishing long, smooth, and gently sweet with lingering smoke. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, whose glow inspires the whisky's striking, ornate bottle stamped with its iconic mascot, The Deacon presents an unconventional yet balanced expression.

A tribute to the historic city which bears its name, The Dubliner is a blend of honeycomb, caramel and whiskey flavours to produce an enticing liqueur that is truly unique.

The Glendronach 12YO is a richly rewarding Highland single malt marrying the characterful Highland spirit with the exquisite duality of rare Spanish oak Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from the Bodegas of Andalucía. Matured for at least 12 years, it is exceptionally complex, rich and balanced. Notes of sherried autumn fruits meld with smooth chocolate praline, gingerbread and sun-dried raisin. Caramelised bramble, silky orange and sultana envelope the palate with warming spice.

The Glendronach 15YO is matured in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Bodegas Andalucía, quietly growing in stature for fifteen years in the darkness of the Glendronach dunnage warehouses. This expression is exquisitely refined in character; elegant and inticately complex, that offers sumptuous notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate and manuka honey with an enveloping, memorable finish worthy of this monumental malt's history.

This whisky has, unusually, been distilled using peated malted barley. The GlenDronach 'peated' pays homage to the peat historically used to dry malted barley in the traditional floor maltings. Matured in bourbon casks followed by a second period of maturation in the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.
