St Hugo have selected the premier examples of their low yielding Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro vines to make this full bodied, and delightfully plush wine. The nose is beautifully aromatic, floral notes are nicely balanced by rich Turkish delight. On the palate, ripe fruit notes and subtle oak are beautifully hung of rich and fine tannin. Raspberry and blackberry are balanced perfectly with earthier and oaken notes, ending with gentle notes of raisins and almonds. This is a dangerously easy wine to drink, and perfectly highlights the capability of the Barossa Valley to produce stunning, lighter red wines.

Latitude Pinot Noir has complex aromas of plum compote, baking spices, vanilla and toasty oak. The palate is rich and concentrated with firm tannins, and the highlighted sweet fruit flavours are balanced by good acid structure. Notes of blackberry and black cherry are followed by charry oak and subtle spice. The finish is persistent and generous, with hints of dark chocolate.

The ultimate expression of our minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy, Stoneleigh Wild Valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occur naturally in the Rapaura environment. The wine opens with bright primary fruit on the nose. Cherries and rhubarb with a hint of warm spice - vanilla bean and cinnamon. The palate is full of fruit notes too, more cherry, raspberry and strawberry flavours.
