Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Merlot was sourced from premium vineyards. Immediately following harvest fruit undertook fermentation on skins to lock in colour and flavour. It was then gently pressed and matured on oak to develop subtle toasty and mocha flavours and a rich smooth palate. The resulting wine a has dark, inky colour followed by a rewarding, silky mouthfeel and intense, rich plum flavour. Enjoy this Merlot with crispy five spice-scented, Peking duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and Asian greens.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

The Éminence de Bijou range represents the pinnacle of Bijou's craftsmanship. Sourced from the two best plots along the Mediterranean coast and crafted with precision, this exquisite rosé has great structure to pair with a variety of dishes thanks to a touch of oak during winemaking. A unique experience for those that enjoy fine dining. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle - complex and layered with flavours of raspberry and redcurrant brought by the grenache and accompanied by notes of zesty citrus from the Rolle. The palate develops with emerging notes of vanilla and spice from the oak influence that lingers on the finish.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.

Central Otago is the world's most southerly wine growing region, its extreme temperatures help to produce Pinot Noir fruit of exceptional intensity. Black Grape Society Central Otago Pinot Noir is refined, delicate and full of juicy raspberry and cherry flavours with hints of liquorice.

Ruby in colour with an enticing hue, this wine is classic Central Otago, seductive yet serious - a wine of subtlety. Cherry, lifted sage and wild thyme on the nose with subtle spice and autumnal leaves.

The wine is a deep red, exhibiting lifted cherry, raspberry and plum characters on the nose, complexed with charry and chocolate characters and subtle dried herb notes. Plum and cherry flavour comes through on the palate which is sweet and rich with supple tannins, hints of herbs and subtle oak influence.

The nose is elegant, with aromas of melon, white stone fruit and some subtle toasty charry nuances. The palate displays ripe nectarine and citrus notes overlaying rich creamy characters and is intense, weighty and textural showing great length with a clean finish.

Crafted from grapes sourced from top-performing Marlborough vineyards, each Letter Series is made in a distinctive style to reflect, not only the flavours of the region, but also the fine art of winemaking. Letter Series O Chardonnay is a highly-textured wine with flinty characters that marry beautifully with strong stone fruit and citrus notes and a toasty and mealy complexity. The luxurious palate is rich, soft and full with a peaches, cream and nutty-like quality and full textural finish.

Deep ruby in colour, it opens with inviting aromas of blackberry and plum, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla, spice and oak. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, layered with ripe black cherry and dark berry flavours, supported by soft tannins and a long, fruity finish. Versatile and easy to enjoy, it pairs beautifully with antipasto platters, roast lamb and premium cuts of red meat.
