This pale lemon-gold wine opens with aromas of stone fruit and summer meadow; clover, wild flowers and bush honey. The palate is dry and mouth-filling, with nectarine, apricot and citrus hints. The rich texture carries through to a soft, rounded finish with hints of pear.

The wine opens with bright primary fruit on the nose. Cherries and rhubarb with a hint of warm spice - vanilla bean and cinnamon. The palate is full of fruit notes too, more cherry, raspberry and strawberry flavours. This makes for a rich vibrant wine, supported on ripe, supple tannins and fresh, moderate acidity with a touch of charry oak on the finish.

Generous yet structured with abundant cassis flavours, subtle hints of mint and spice transitioning to a long, polished finish.
