Banrock Station Wines are bold, flavoursome, easy drinking wines produced from excellent fruit.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

A Riesling which brings together outstanding fruit from two of New Zealand's pre-eminent growing areas - Marlborough and Waipara. Following harvest, parcels of fruit were gently pressed before settling for 36 hours. From there the juice was racked and underwent cool temperature fermentation. The winemakers tasted throughout the ferment to ensure they stopped it when the wine achieved the perfect balance of flavours.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Sourced from the two best plots along the Mediterranean coast and crafted with precision, this exquisite rosé has great structure to pair with a variety of dishes thanks to a touch of oak during winemaking. A unique experience for those that enjoy fine dining. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle - complex and layered with flavours of raspberry and redcurrant brought by the grenache and accompanied by notes of zesty citrus from the Rolle. The palate develops with emerging notes of vanilla and spice from the oak influence that lingers on the finish.
