Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal brings you a collection of artisanal and ancestral mezcals made in the lush remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico. Each expression is named for the village where it is made. The pueblo is in broad open valley with a desert and tropical micro-climate. Chichicapa is twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadín and is produced the traditional, ancient, hand-crafted way. Chichicapa has a medium nose and a complex taste with lots of citrus and a long, smooth finish with overtones of mint.

This bourbon begins with a mash build up of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, and is then aged for over 3 years. Being a single barrel, cask strength bourbon, each barrel of Doc Whiskey will have its own unique strength and alcohol by volume percentage.
