Select parcels of Pinot Noir from around New Zealand went into this wonderfully fruit-driven wine, bursting with dark cherry and wild lavender aromas, with notes of red liquorice and clove and a smooth finish.

Stables Pinot Noir has a soft, supple palate with ripe red cherry and strawberry flavours.

Latitude wines are crafted from grapes sourced from the 'Golden Mile'; a strip of land covered with ancient sunstones and highly regarded for its outstanding grape-growing conditions. Latitude Pinot Noir has complex aromas of plum compote, baking spices, vanilla and toasty oak. The palate is rich and concentrated with firm tannins, and the highlighted sweet fruit flavours are balanced by good acid structure. Notes of blackberry and black cherry are followed by charry oak and subtle spice. The finish is persistent and generous, with hints of dark chocolate.

In Stoneleigh's Marlborough vineyards, sunstones absorb sunshine during the day, radiating heat onto the vines at night, resulting in their distinctly vibrant wines. Stoneleigh Classic Pinot Noir opens with a blend of red fruits on the nose. Cherries, cranberries and raspberries vie for attention with smoky hints of toasty oak underlying the fruit.

This single vineyard wine is a great expression of a rich and powerful Pinot Noir evolved from the stones it's grown on. The wine shows layers with initial perfumed vanilla notes that opens to have Black Doris plum and vibrant blackberry notes. Toasty oak also features. The palate is savoury, rich and warm and inviting with perfumed dark brooding fruit, blackberry and black doris plum flavours, with finely integrated charry oak. Layers of complexity coupled with finely textured silky tannins round off the palate.

The ultimate expression of our minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy, Stoneleigh Wild Valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occur naturally in the Rapaura environment. The wine opens with bright primary fruit on the nose. Cherries and rhubarb with a hint of warm spice - vanilla bean and cinnamon. The palate is full of fruit notes too, more cherry, raspberry and strawberry flavours. This makes for a rich vibrant wine, supported on ripe, supple tannins and fresh, moderate acidity with a touch of charry oak on the finish.

This wine has enticing, lifted fruit aromas of red currant and cherry fruits with a touch of spice and a very subtle minty, menthol character. Medium-bodied with flavours of ripe cherry and light red berry fruits along with savoury toast and sweet spice. The palate is soft and silky. Subtle oak characters of cinnamon and cedar add to the overall complexity.
