Just as oak, time and nature make a fine Syrah, Imagination allow that same process to produce this memorable gin. A vibrant fruit nose with a hint of toffee and cinnamon. The initial sweet spice on the palate gives way to a soft piney oak body and a lingering spice finish.

A gin liqueur inspired by a traditional Sloe Gin recipe - Sour cherry notes on the front palate with sweet/spice/citrus in the background. Drink chilled, straight as a dessert liqueur, over ice with your favourite mixer or try it in a cocktail!

Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of Manuka to create the heart of this gin.
