An innovative twice-barreled bourbon, uniquely matured in two charred oak barrels to create its rich, layered character. After initial maturation, the bourbon is transferred to a second barrel that has been deeply toasted and lightly charred, drawing out additional soft, sweet oak notes. The nose reveals rich aromas of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak, while the palate is full-bodied with flavours of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spice. A long, creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple completes this indulgent expression.

The Master's Collection Madeira Cask Finish is the 20th release in this acclaimed series, offering a uniquely fruit-forward whisky. Crafted under the direction of Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall, this expression features whiskies finished in Madeira casks and blended with Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey to enhance their natural fruit and floral character. The Madeira barrels contribute rich layers of dried fruit, spice, and nutty complexity, expressed through aromas of dark cherries, brown sugar, and candied orange accented with clove and nutmeg. On the palate, robust notes of raisin and dried cranberry unfold into walnut and baking spice, finishing long with lingering candied walnut.
